Ana Victoria Chouca

Ana recently completed her bachelor's degree in forensic psychology with a minor in neuroscience from Carleton University. She is originally from Venezuela, and loves to learn about different cultures, especially how they view different aspects of mental health. Ana hopes to one day be able to work with police and law enforcement across Canada and internationally to improve their response to persons with mental illness. From working in the CRANI lab, Ana hopes to gain experience conducting mental health assessments and to work with people who have been in contact with the justice system. In her free time she loves staying active by being in the gym or playing sports with friends, as well as listening to music and playing various instruments.
